The stage of documents & data will be registered, classified and checked for plausibility.
A structuring according to project key & project specific preparation of documents in order to implement them, e.g. in SAP will be made. Therefore special interfaces have to be implemented. User-friendly documentation management means functionality in viewing.
A professional translation in multiple language may also be handled as well as copying and distribution of documentations, as well as compliance especially in the plant area (e.g. VGB R171 Dokumentation für Kraftwerke mit KKS) will be considered when setting-up data security structure and archiving systems.
