Our Quality- and Work Safety Management
We have set up a quality system to guarantee that our services will meet all requirements on behalf of our clients, which fits into all requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and secures our quality policies in all areas.
Our highest company principle is customer satisfaction where each employee has to contribute by his or her own performance. Quality- and safety-related processes will be thoroughly planned, controlled and monitored.
In April 2009 we achieved the certification of work safety according to OHSAS 18001.
After introduction and certification of DIN ISO 9001 2000, our company has decided to launch a safety management system to prevent accidents and for health care reasons of employees.
Our service shall meet both requirements of clients regarding quality and working safety. Therefore we have constructed a working safety management (WMS) which meets requirements of OHSAS 18001. The present manual describes the system of IBB GmbH and secures implementation of working safety policy of all company levels.
For services of our employees on domestic and foreign construction sites has been especially created a training system to reach the highest level of safety. For Executives on construction sites, a personal AS-certification according to SCC is possible.
